PITCHING HAS BEEN THE NAME OF THE PLAYOFFS

Just finished seeing the MLB playoffs between the Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners. Despite both teams having Vladimir Guerrero of the Blue Jays, and Cal Raleigh from the Mariners,pitching has played a key role. The bullpen of the Mariners has played a key role of keeping the Blue Jays from getting extra base hits. Who knows, there just might be an upset with Seattle going to their first World Series.

The first game between the Los Angles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers saw the Dodgers win 2-1. The Dodgers allowed only 2 hits, and with the bases loaded winning run on base the Dodgers pitching staff was triumphant! In the second game the Dodgers were triumphant again winning 5-1 with the Dodgers pitching allowing just one earned run in the bottom of the first and only just three hits!

The Seattle Mariners against the Toronto Blue Jays in game one saw the Mariners win 3-1 over the Blue Jays. The pitching staff of the Mariners just allowed 2 hits. In Game 2 the Mariners won 10-3 over the Blue Jays and the Mariners pitching staff allowed just 3 hits! All four teams have big bats, yet no one is coming through There’ve been home runs, yet with hardly with no one on base. As the title says “PITCHING HAS BEEN THE NAME OF THE GAME!
